As my plane taxied to the gate after just landing in Las Vegas, I thought about all the arrangements that I had made, and what was expected of me. There were going to be 5 company executives from Horizon in town to meet with Jeff and several of our company officers. We had the Horizon team staying at the Bellagio. Precision was sending 3 of their executives, as well as their CEO. We were putting the Precision Software group up at the Cosmopolitan Hotel, but we arranged for their CEO Craig Rhodes to stay in a premium suite at Caesar's Palace. All 3 of the hotels were located close to each other, so it allowed Jeff and our group to easily get to them between properties.

I was also staying at Caesar's Palace, in the Augustus Suite. I had worked with two escort groups to provide 8 women for an evening party we'd be holding for the Horizon team at the Bellagio, and 5 women for a separate party that was going to be held in a suite at the Cosmopolitan for Precision.
