My name's Stefan, I'm twenty nine years old and I run a reasonably successful outdoor personal training business.

Prior to these events, I only ever offered classes for men. I'm straight, but before I started out on my own I used to work for a chain and it got way too complicated with numerous women hitting on me. So when I set up my company I made the decision to avoid that hassle and just focus on training guys.

My set up was pretty simple, we'd do circuits in the local park, tailored to what my client wanted from their training regime. I had an agreement with a boutique hotel next to the park that my clients could then use their courtesy room to shower and change after their sessions. Of course that was factored into the cost, but my clients appreciated it as a sort of luxury extra.

One of my longest standing clients was a successful entrepreneur in his mid-forties. He worked long hours, but three times a week he set aside time with me to let off steam, while of course staving off middle-age spread.
