Several months ago, as my husband and I were having a couple of drinks in his man cave, he mentioned that his buddy Mike was going to reach out to me. I asked him why, and he explained that Mike was having issues with his wife and that they had split up. I wasn't completely shocked to hear it because I knew Mike hadn't been happy in a while.
