assailed my senses and the “fuck-me” heels she was wearing told me all I needed to know about what lingerie would be clinging thinly to all of her stunning clefts and curves.

I held my breath in hope as she knocked confidently on the door only to be crushed as the door swung open almost instantly.

I finished with the bulb and returned to the front office where I placed an emergency contact sign on the door before locking it and turning on a screen in the backroom.

By the time the screen warmed up enough to show a decent picture, my wife and our Unit 9 guest were clenched in a tight embrace, each holding a flute of champagne awkwardly in one hand as they kissed passionately. I saw a flicker of a smile on Wendy’s lips as she glanced towards the location of our hidden camera and although it did not transmit sound, I knew she’d relate every sordid detail of the encounter when we watched it later that evening.

I was just about to break our rule and give into temptation, my fingers resting on my belt buckle, when a tentative knock sounded on the door to the reception, followed moments later with my mobile ringing as they read the message. Despite my wife spending over 4 hours of the afternoon in Unit 9 with our philandering guest, work kept me away from the screen for the remainder of the day.
