"Mo-ooooom!! Kiely is taking my Pooh bear again!!!"

As she was tying the sash to her all-purpose terry cloth robe, Lisa sighed and headed downstairs to settle the dispute. She sighed again as she surveyed the kitchen. Milk and cereal were open and left out, dishes were scattered about, their grey tabby Miles was calmly licking himself on some laundry on the floor that Lisa could have sworn was clean, and her two flaxen-haired twin girls were struggling over a small Pooh bear that was barely big enough for two hands to grasp it.

Lisa wormed her way in between her children and snatched the little bear up. Ignoring protests from her children, she flung the bear on top of the refridgerator and took a seat.

The kitchen was instantly quiet. Two little sets of blue eyes peeped under their lashes at their mother, who was rubbing her temples.

Kiely spoke first. "Mom, that's my bear. I was taking it to school to show to my friend but Autum here said it was hers."

"No, Mom, that's mine!" cried Autum who instantly conjured up some fake tears.

Lisa opened her mouth to chastise her daughter when a horn honked and her friend's chipper voice called out, "Kiely! Autum! Let's not be late ...
