I met my friend Kristy about 10 years ago, when she dated my brother. We are not close friends but good friends nevertheless. Back in the summer of 96 we decided to take a few classes at a local college. We had been going for about 3 months. That day we started talking about traffic tickets and such, and I told her that the week before that I had gotten stopped for speeding and got a ticket. She said "I bet I could have gotten you out of it if I had been with you." I asked her how and she told me a story about this one day when she was pulled over for speeding. This is her story:

"I was on my way to meet Dave (her boyfriend) for a night of dinner and dancing and I didn't realize that I was speeding until it was too late. The state trooper that was going the opposite direction suddenly turned around and I saw the flashing lights and pulled over to the side of the road. I had never been pulled over for anything before. I was wearing a nearly see through strapless beige color short dress and no bra. I didn't know how I was going to talk my way out of this but I was going to try real hard.

The officer walked to my window and asked to see my driver license and I noticed how nice looking he was. He had dark hair, dark eyes and a mustache. Hmm, I thought, very nice. I had heard stories about women getting out of tickets by being a little flirty, so I decided to try my luck. While I was getting my driver license out of my billfold, I parted my legs just enough where my dress slid up my legs just a bit. I ...
