This is a first attempt at this sort of writing, so I'd really appreciate feedback, and please, be nice!

I gazed into the mirror, surveying the young woman I had become. I fiddled with my long brown hair, brushing it from in front of my green eyes. My eyes had always been an admired feature, a twinkling emerald that sometimes seemed grey, and sometimes blue. My lips were full and rosy, something I had always been proud of. In school, when all the other girls were caking on the bright lipstick, all I ever had to do was apply a dab of blistex, and I looked, as my boyfriend liked to say, like a dream. Moving down my body, I studied my breasts, cupping them in my hands. They were a round, perky B cup, perfectly accenting my slender frame. I slowly caressed my butt. It was firm and round from years of dance. I had matured a lot in my last years of high school. Finally being eighteen, I felt so much more grown up, and with the way me and my boyfriend’s relationship was going, I felt like all the pieces of the puzzle were finally falling into place.

I smiled and moved away from the mirror, picking up my suitcase and grabbing my keys from the desk. Finally it was summer vacation. Me and my boyfriend had been planning this trip for two years; after our grad, we would pack a bag and hop on a plane for an exciting two weeks in Rosarito, Mexico.
