Oh boy, what a night! With the dream I was having around 5:30am someone could have gone surfing on my waterbed. HANG TEN!! KOWABUNGA DUDE!! When I finally woke up, covered in sweat and breathing heavy, I found that every last pillow was on the floor along with all of my covers, and I had the bottom sheet mostly torn off the bed and was clenching handfuls of it in both hands. I laid there for a few minutes trying to come back down to earth and get some perspective on what had just happened. Let me take some time here to describe to you what I remember.

I was in my old roommate's Acura Integra on a long road trip, or so I think, because there was an atlas and a carton of smokes on the passenger seat beside me. I had the windows down and the moon roof open and it was just after sunset. I have no clue where I was heading but I was going down the highway with purpose, pushing past the speed limit quite a bit. I was running low on gas and getting worried that I might not find a service station before I ran out, or before they all closed. (Keep in mind this is a dream, so some it doesn't make much sense). The highway keeps going for miles and miles and not a single exit do I pass. Panic sets in as my low fuel light comes on. If I don't get filled up soon I'm gonna be in some serious trouble. I have also noticed that there is no one else on this stretch of road. I haven't seen another car for quite some time. ...
