It had to have been the most stunning moment of my young life and I sat there at my kitchen table, naked and angry, still not believing any of it. It had only been minutes since I had been exposed at the gas station, that occurring less than an hour after being exposed and humiliated at my workplace. I was frustrated, confused and about to cry, and I jumped when the phone rang. I answered it on the second ring to find out it was Jane, and she actually seemed to be sneering on her end, as she said my "incident" in front of the client left her no cause but to let me go.

Instead of thinking clearly, not realizing the huge potential lawsuit, I angrily said "fine" and ordered her to send me my briefcase. Jane promised to box up the contents of my desk and Fed-Ex them to me with along with my severance check in tomorrow's delivery. I slammed the phone down, not realizing I was standing naked in front of my open window. No sooner than I had replaced the phone and it rang again, and I angrily shouted into the receiver, only to regret it when I heard Jeff's voice. He listened while I told him everything that had occurred today, the whole while I was still standing in front of my window ...
