It had been a week and a half since I had witnessed the threesome between my girlfriend’s daughter, Heather, her boyfriend Nick, and her best friend Cara, in the middle of our living room, but the images were still locked in my mind. “Yeah I know Cara, I had fun too.” She listened for a little while, while Cara talked. Then said, “Nick’s coming over later, you should too, we could have fun.” Another pause, “No, mom and Tony are going to Yakima this afternoon.”
