My boss's birthday parties were actually three parties rolled into one. During the first couple of hours the party was no different from thousands of up-scale cocktail parties. There was plenty of alcohol and hors d'oeuvres for the adults and hot dogs and soda pop for the kids. After the families left, things invariably began to heat up. There was adulterous flirtation, double entendres by the bushel, and the kind of jokes that you wouldn't tell your mother. Only the most adventurous stayed for the third stage when clothing became optional and the hot tub filled to capacity. Some of the men even competed to see who could achieve the best erection. But except for nudity and a little groping, the parties never evolved into full-blown orgies.

Although the festivities were always naughty in the final stages, one went far beyond mere naughtiness. My beautiful wife Laura and I arrived early that year to help with preparations.
