This story is actually a direct sequel to "Helping A Friend In Need" in which John helps out his friend at a couples conference by pretending to be his "female" fiance. Please make sure you read the story prior to reading this one or you'll probably be lost...

The following morning after our first evening at the conference I woke up a little bit sore. Jerry was in the shower getting ready for the day and I just laid in bed thinking about the night before and the day ahead. It had been fun tricking all those men last night into thinking I was Jerry's fiance but now I wasn't sure if I could keep up the act for 2 more days. Last night I was only pretending for a couple of hours and I had a few things working to my advantage. There was alcohol, it wasn't brightly lit and with those 2 advantages it was fairly easy to get away with the charade. Today, however, there were several outdoor activities planned and it was a bright and sunny day at the beach so I wasn't sure how well this was going to work.

"Jerry" I called out to him while he was toweling off. "I think we have a problem". He came into the room, naked as the day he was born. "What's wrong?" he asked. I explained to him my observations and worries about the full daylight and also the fact that I did not have any more clothes to wear other than the dress I had worn the night before. "Why don't you go down to the thrift shop and pick out some more stuff. Get some shorts or something." he replied. It seemed like the only real solution so I agreed. ...
