It had been nice to take a little mini vacation. Samantha and I had scooted down to Dauphin Island, Alabama for a 4 day weekend. Actually one day was spent in New Orleans and one in Biloxi but it was great to recharge the batteries so to speak.

What was even better was that while we were gone our neighbors, Sean and Carmen, installed a new entertainment system with surround sound in the living room as well as the master bedroom. Samantha and I had moved in next door to them two years ago. Immediately we started doing things together. Several of our neighbors were very friendly having cookouts and neighborhood get togethers, but our relationship with Sean and Carmen was closer than the others. Often evenings were spent by their pool with the four of us discussing a multitude of subjects.

It didn't hurt that they were a beautiful couple. Carmen is Costa Rican and has gorgeous light brown skin. Her features appeared to me to be more South American than Mexican.
