The End of Exams Party

Mike sat in his car a few doors down from where the house party was clearly in full swing. He was waiting at the agreed time to pick up his daughter Katie. This was the end of A levels exams party she had talked about for weeks where at last they could all let their hair down after all those months of studying. Now they were all past their eighteenth birthdays and technically adults they could be left to their own plans, but it was his wife Jenny who had suggested he pick-up his daughter.
