The football game had been a disappointment. Kevin and Brian were not used to being on the losing end of football games, but it was common place these days. Tonight had been even worse, since the team wasn't even competitive, losing 45 to 14. Even as good as the afternoon went, everybody had gotten down because of the game.

"What do you want to do?" Crystal asked everyone when they arrived back at the house.

"Do you think we could find a good movie?" Jill inquired.

"Who's definition of good?" Kevin fired back. Even as wild as Jill was, she still loved romantic comedies. "The guys aren't interested in sitting through any Rom Com's."

"This is on you my friend. I am going to bail," Brian got in. "What energy I had left was zapped by the poor excuse of a football team we have."

That and the pint that he snuck in and drank at the game his wife thought. Crystal had been hoping to build on the afternoon, but it looked like she was out of luck. Brian actually hoped the same thing, but wanted it to be a private affair. He said his "Good nights" and headed up the stairs with a wish that Crystal would follow along.
